What a weekend. With this not only being my first time approved for media at a Gridlife event but my first ever experience at a Gridlife event. I was pleasantly surprised to find out this event was like no other car enthusiast event I had ever been to. From the moment I pulled up to the gate there was nothing but positivity and smiles. it seemed everywhere I went through out Gingerman raceway there was drivers, pit crews, and other race fans alike that where outgoing and down to talk about the cars we all love. It surprised me, to be honest I expected it to be like most drift events and car meets with tons of little cliques and the typical ego bosting douche bags that hate on anything that doesn’t have four thousand dollars in wheels but, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I was treated with noting but hospitality, respect, and amiability. I made many new friends and hopefully some future business connections. I want to thank Kaleen at Gridlife for this amazing opportunity. I cant wait to see everyone at the Midwest festival.
